KDE on Windows  v.4.8.0

The KDE on Windows Initiative is an ongoing project to port the KDE applications to MS Windows. Currently supported versions of Windows are XP, Vista and 7. The K Desktop Environment, for UNIX/Linux based systems.

KDE Installer for Windows  v.0.9.8-1

You can use this installer to download and install the various binary packages that you need to run KDE applications on MS Windows. KDE is free and open source so you can build all the applications "from scratch" from their source code;
