Main feature of Active Bookmark is ability to make a bookmark to concrete place of the page, and an ability to make a few bookmarks to one web page. Active Bookmark can automatically fill short decribtions of bookmarks which loading from "title" HTML tag of web page and long description which loading from "Description" meta tag of web page. And also it can turn on Internet Explorer in edit mode
as a result you can use IE as a powerful editor.
