Delo is simple Russian Editor which is working in Windows NT and Windows 2000. Delo does not require special installation (fonts or keyboard) and does not change system registries or create initialization files. It can work on not-Russifed PC and uses UNICODE. Delo permits to enter text and transfers it to other edit tools such as Word and Excell using Copy/Paste commands.
RusEdit can save files in Unicode, KOI-8, Win-1251 and open such files, selecting appropriate option in File Dialog.
Ctrl/C command copies selected text into clipboard in Unicode and Win-1251 formats, Ctrl/K copies in Unicode and KOI-8 formats.
The Editor supports Ukrainian, Belarusian and Russian before-revolution characters (these characters are supported in UNICODE only).
Editor may generate English or Russian crosswords from words in editor view.
When you begin to run Delo special small dialog bar shows positions of Russian letters on english keyboard.
