XlBarXP2 is a combo toolbar for Internet Explorer. It has an in-process firewall, Internet data logger and cookie viewer. It can simulate tabbed browsing, save a web page as WYSIWYG, save Flash and GIF animations, save "unsaveable" pages and save popups.
