The Hessling Editor (THE) is a powerful text editor modelled on the VM/CMS text editor XEDIT with the best features of Mansfield Software's Kedit. It uses Rexx as its macro language, which means that it is a highly configurable and versatile editor.
Rexx/EEC is an external function package that provides functions for Encrypting, Encoding and Compressing Rexx strings. The opposite functionality; Decrypting, Decoding and Decompressing is also provided by this function package.
